Jackson's Baptism day

Jackson was baptized last weekend. It was such a special day for our family. Jackson was so excited and ready to be baptized. We are so proud of him! On his birthday he got his first set of scriptures. They have become his new treasure. He loves to read and try to understand them. What a great example he is to our family. I feel so blessed to be his mother.

Jackson LOVED his new suit. He felt so grown up it. He even tied his tie himself, well almost. Jackson and I both got tie tying lessons from Ty (tongue twister) the night before his baptism. It was great. Also thanks to Nana for making the pants fit.

Krazy Coupon Sister

Have you ever been behind someone in the grocery store with the MEGA coupon book and checks out multiple times? Or maybe know someone that seems to always know what stores have the best sales going on. Okay, so that is my sister. This amazing sister of mine has been in town for the last couple of weeks from Idaho. She has shown us this great skill in action while we follow her around the grocery store.

I have always been a want a be saver. In other words, I am just to lazy to put the time in.
I know that many of you out there know how to coupon and save, and my hat goes off to you. My sister has not only learned the art of saving but mastered it. I wish I had a picture of her very organized coupon binder. I know you would be very impressed. She seriously has checked out before where instead of paying they pay her. That my friends is what you call a crazy coupon lady. Sister, I love you and admire your talent to save!

Jackson's Birthday

I can't believe my oh so handsome Jackson is 8!
I really really love this boy!


He invited over some buddies along with aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents for a party. Of course we needed a theme for this party and if you know Jackson basketball was the only option. (okay maybe football too)

Making a birthday wish is serious business.
